The Institute's activities aim to defend biodiversity, promote education, environmental education, and join forces with co-producers and beekeepers to develop sustainable stinging bee management techniques.
Biodiversity Defense
The pleasure of keeping bees goes hand in hand with conservation and pollination. We make a huge effort to save food, such as grains, vegetables, fruits, and other foodstuffs that are in danger of disappearing due to fires, deforestation, and urban expansion. Through the park's Friends of the Bees project, we seek to protect native bees, our greatest asset. Because without bees, we have no food, and neither do humans.
