Article 26 – IBRAEP will be administered by an Executive Board composed of 4 (four) members elected by secret ballot or by an electronic system developed for this purpose, from among the Entity's members, with terms of 3 (three) years, with the right to re-election of one or all of its members, for the specific positions of:

1. President;

2. Secretary General;

3. Administrative and Financial Director; and

4. Technical Director.
